Dear Parents

In conjunction with Alverstoke Breakfast & After School Club, we are looking to start up a Breakfast and After School Club at St Mary’s in the coming academic year (September 2015).

The company has been running at Alverstoke Infant School for the past three years and have recently approached us to see if they could help us in any way to provide wrap-around care for our pupils and their families.

The Breakfast Club would run from 7am to 8:45am and to start with the after school club would run from 3:15 to 5:15 (with the times being extended to 5:45 at a later date).

The children will have access to a number of different activities in this time. For example, the children will take part in arts and crafts, cooking, music and movement, construction and general games activities. Session costs will be approximately, £5.75 for the Breakfast Club and £7.75 for the After School Club.

This is an exciting time for St Marys and we feel confident that this wrap-around care for the children will be an important asset for working families.
